Mr Short Fuse

I have no patience at all, my fuse is so short that i just tick sometime suddenly without warning when shit happens..

I don't know why i am what i am but i do know that life has been testing my patience for the past 20 years of my life, to be bullied, harassed, insulted and make fun of till the point that i take no bullshit at all..

Hence, short fuse me..

Sometime being a short fuse person causes me to create unnecessary problems of my own at times, things that seems small might feel like big load of crap on my shoulder for me and when i can't take it, i ticked..kinda sounds like the Hulk quite frankly..

Another God given reason from God to why my friends call me Ice..i need to learn to cool down more often.

I've Sold My Fifth House

I've sold my first house for this month, it was a easy ride actually..here's the scoop behind the scene on how i got the house, easy breezy.

First off if you read one of the older post regarding me having to do promotion and having the strength or the time to have houses, luckily for me, as it was meant to be for me to sell off this house..

So one day i was driving around my place here looking for houses when suddenly the phone rang and the owner called me saying he wants me to help me sell off the house, due to the fact he saw my signboard just 2 houses away from his so he rang me up, lucky me eh..

So as usual i went to find some customers for him and easy enough the first customer i shown to will eventually be the customer that will buy the house, again..lucky me eh..so anyway, the whole process for the house loan and agreement thing was done really quickly and here i am..with another tale of property selling story to tell you.

Feng Shui Believers

Lilian Too, the fat rich daughter of a whore with that nonsense that she loves spreading all over the media to trick people into believing there are such things called "Feng Shui" while in Ice's world those words are actually "Fuck You" i dedicated that her by the way.

There is no such thing okay people, time to wake up and quit smelling the pot, shit is making y'all head delusional..I never believe in such thing before to be honest but i never hated it till now. Being a property agent, dealing with customers is all kind of unexpected experience..there are nice people, there are serious potential people, there are wasting my time type of people, there are no money but still want to buy house people and then..there are those Feng Shui people..

Those Feng Shui are seriously the worst kind of customers to handle, mainly due to the fact they believe that "Do buy a house, one must pay it with Yin Yang dollars" and they're Chinese..these are the kind of people who came to view a house with a mind set of listening to too much Lilian Too while on the way here, i mean i felt like strangling these people sometime when i hear the way they talk..It's that Lilian Too talk that cause me many house from purchased to be frank..

Chinese seems to believe her a lot apparently, sounds like a bunch of her clone sometime. Chinese believed that in order to buy a house, it must not have any sort of distraction such as..

House number 4. The number in Chinese sounds similar to another Chinese word which translated death..according to them, it's bad luck..I said it's bullshit because my house number is 4 and i ain't friends with no bad luck, so what the problem? Lilian Fucking Too..

Most Chinese love houses that are facing East because Lilian slut of a cunt Too told them so and even the smallest silliest thing such as light pole blocking their house is according bad luck as well..I wonder, with that kind of mind set to view a house, how are they ever gonna find a house like this, because to get a property that fills the criteria, y'all might as well live at an island.

If i were to buy a house of my own in the future, i will be only looking at 2 things and 2 things only, whether i have the budget and whether the house is in good condition or not, that's it, the end, fullstop, done, na da, finished, over, simple as pie.

Life is full of ups and downs, life is a roller coaster ride, so how can these jackasses believed that they can stay lucky forever, let's be realistic here people..

Neighbours

I lived in a intermediate lot surrounded by neighbor in every possible direction, it's like having four wall at your front, back , left and right pinning down on you. I don't talk to any of my neighbor for many unknown unexplainable reason..i just don't..I don't see any reason to go socializing with all this people and you're about to find out why..

Let's start with the people who lives at the backside of my house, their backside is facing us too so it's kinda like butt to butt..i never spoken to them before in my whole life, matter in fact i ain't never even seen them before in my whole life, that's just shows how much we interact with one another when we're just only 10 second away from each other..

My left side neighbour, my mum talks to the mother of that house sometime, i don't talk to any of them. Well the truth is i should to but then i realized they're this bunch of cocky son of bitches who think they're so pretty looking and shit so communication was completely off our radar since 10 years ago if i remember correctly..good for me i guess that we're living side by side that ain't speaking..i had 20 years to do so, it's too late for changes now..

My front neighbour used to another family staying in there till they moved away, just so happens coincidentally one of my high school friend moved in to that house..and we were friends from Form 1 to Form 3 but then shit slowly happen i realized they're only friends with me to get to something else and slowly till Form 4 he quit school to work wit his father, pretty much after that i ain't never talk to him anymore nor do i want to..quite frankly i wouldn't care..

My right side neighbour used to live an old lady and her husband, they should to fight a lot sometime till you can hear noises through the wall then till one day when something happened and she lost her husband forever. Now moved in the son [ i presume] and his son..Sr and Jr and hell is now more hellish than ever, like father and son they said..meaning double the noises, double the stupidity, probably go down in history as the worst neighbour you could ever asked for.

I felt like i must have done something pretty awful in the past to be punished with them cause they're irritating. Example like turning on the car music as long as God could hear it himself, i mean come on..neighbours asshole..no consideration and no common sense and this is the father I'm talking while the son likes to shout a lot, again..loud noises everywhere but i understand the son cause he's just a small kid and the father should have taught him better..but..sigh..

Dear Rachael,

You're probably the best thing that has ever happened to me in a long long while..You're a wonderful person to be with, a great girl to chat with and a amazing friends to have.. an angel in disguise, hiding your wings and being part of my life. Honestly i don't know what i done to deserve you, maybe you can ask God for me when you flew back up to heaven when you get the chance..

I had never really care much about keeping a friend close to me like i do with you, probably because most friend never know me deep down like you do. To be frankly i don't care much about friendship, given how i was raised among my Malacca friend but then i realize for some unexplainable reason, i decided to keep you instead..there's just something about you that i like..maybe opposite attract or maybe the fact that your personality kinda match mine in a sense.. whatever the reason is, i like it to be mystery or a myth then i'll always find you interesting then.

The night we spend together at Lakeside will always be something i always never forget, the way we interact with each other, how easy it was for us to open up our darkest most fearful feeling..It has never been easy for me to open up my feeling like that with anyone and I'm sure it wasn't easy for u either yet somehow we did and personally it bring me closer to you cause i never open up things like that with anyone..like i said, must be something about you that i liked that make me trusted you..it almost feels like i was with an angel.

I said this maybe a millions time but i really meant it when i said you're my favourite girl..I care for you, loved you and want you to know that you're part of my life now like it or not, you can't run from me. I guess we're destined to meet each other at some point of our life, only wished that if we have met earlier..imagine how far we could have come now.

I want to thank God again for you, i don't know what i've done to deserve you but i truly appreciate it..wasn't easy for me to write this since it has been awhile..but i hope that we're still be together for many many more years to come..till the world ends..

Wrong Place, Wrong Time

It seems like parking ticket and my car don't quite fond to each other, like a cat and a mouse perhaps..except they don't chase each other rather one finds the other all the time..

Just 9 months since i began driving, i've been served wit few parking tickets by the law, seems like our Malaysia police are suddenly so energetic to go around and wait around for shit to happen, and that shit..is me..

My first parking ticket ever when i was still in Subang Jaya, long story short, company said there's no need to pay for parking ticket, nobody did it anyway so i followed and end up i'm the only one with a parking ticket eventually..such luck huh. Eventually pretty much the door was open since then.

Recently in Malacca, I got halted by a police for breaking traffic law, apparently i didn't realized that the light was already red but i kept on driving and unfortunately for me, a police was in front waiting already, seems like out of all the places they or I could be, we both end up at the right place at the right time, coincidence?

Got halted and punished for 300 according to the law rule..under some section 51 crap. I just got my basic salary 300 from the company a day before this shit happens..sigh..I saw a few motorcyclists managed to run away from them, i couldn't.

I've Sold My Fourth House

I was only able to post about this now because i didn't receive my commission yet back then when i sold it at February..yes, this is a 3 month delayed commission.

First of all i want to point out that this is by far the best house i've sold for 2 reason, one because is paid really highly..not to brag but my commission is about 10k plus and another reason is because the house is actually stunningly beautiful in the inside, no pictures though..

Anyway, long crap short, i was overwhelmingly delightful when the owner finally paid me, the moment when i held that cheque on my hand and the figure i saw..5 digit numbers..overwhelming experience. I've never been paid that much before in my life and probably will never again, maybe close to it but i doubt any cheque will surpass this one..

So i wish the family who bought the house happy always and forever, without them there is no cheque for me too..
